HOW TO HAVE A GOOD MORNING AND A GOOD DAY

The kind of day you will have is determined by the kind of morning you create. Most boring people wake up every morning to live the same life they lived the day before and when you ask them "how was your day", they will lie and tell you "it was good".
Here are a few tips on how to have a wonderful.
1. Start your morning in the craziest way. If you are religious (like me) pray to God in the morning. If you are not, stay in your bed for about 5 mins to confirm that you have woken up. Then you go to your music player and start up with the most inspiring music ever (if you don't have any, play your favorite song). If you don't feel like brushing your teeth or taking your bath before dashing out, DON'T DO IT. You are not compelled to live a robotic life for the rest of your short days.
2. Give yourself a few minute to plan on how your are going achieve your goals (pls don't dwell too much on planning your day, the longer you plan the day, the more confused you will become). If you don't seem to have a plan make sure that you settle in your heart that you must achieve something different today.
3. Run the day like it is the first day of your life. Enjoy the day like it's the last day of your life. Don't feel bad about yesterday's mistakes. Don't act like it happened. Thinking about your mistakes only encourange you to make more mistaked because your brain is not given the chance to do the what it is meant to do- make you happy.
4. Don't listen to radio programmes that tell you what to do with your day. Most successful days are the once we live spontaneously.
5. Whatever you do, don't get angry in the morning. Morning anger is sure going to ruin your day.
6. Don't leave home without breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is the first meal your brain need to act wonderful or act awkward, so don't miss it.
7. Take your exercises every morning. Exercises help your muscles and brain to stay alive in the morning and through out the day. Exercises also give you the confidence you need to work through the challenges of the day. Make it simple so that you don't get too tired before the day starts.
8. Do anything to make your brain smart in the morning. A smart brain gives you a smart day.
9. Dress smart every morning. Your dressing contributes to your confidence level for each day. Dress nice and admire yourself in the mirror.
10. Wake up every morning and call yourself THE BEST IN THE WORLD because the truth is that no one is better at waking up happy than yourself.
