It’s not difficult to feel and look younger every single day. You dont need vampires' blood or any kind of supernatural powers to look and feel younger than you are. You just need to take care of yourself. I know, you work a lot and hard, you take care of your family and you help others. All these things are definitely important, but you should never forget about yourself. When you feel young and healthy, you can do many more things than when you are sleepy and tired.

1. Eat vegetables and fruits daily
Treat your body good on the inside and you will always look great on the outside. It's just that simple. Fruits and vegetables are rich in important vitamins and minerals, which is why you should definitely include some of them in your daily diet. They replace most of what hunger and fatigue take from you. There are a lot of fruits and vegetables that nourish you from the inside out, and help keep your skin hydrated, healthy and young. They contain anti-oxidants which are special anti-ageing agents. Fruits and vegetables also contain carotenoids that help to maintain a perfect skin that lives you glowing make you look alot younger each day.
2. Get enough sleep
If you want to feel and look younger every day, you should certainly get enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep can make you more tired, stressed, and much older. Remember you need at least 7–8 hours of sleep each night to be more alert, have more energy and to feel younger every day.
3. Have a positive attitude
One of the most effective ways to feel younger each day is to stay positive. There is more than just a great connection between your mind and your body. You are what you u think! As I mentioned above, there is no use in worrying. Stress can actually add many years to your face. Believe it or not, but it’s true. My 24 year old friend looks like he is 34, and it’s because he is leading a stressful lifestyle. He often thinks about the past, his mistakes and how he could change one or another situation. In fact, we can’t change the past, the only thing we can do is to let go of it and live a happy, healthy life. When you are happy, you look much younger.
5. Do something for yourself
If you spend your day doing something for others, it’s high time to do something good for yourself. Take a nap, take a bath, get a mani/pedi, take a drive, grab a ps game pad and play with your kid or someone younger or go shopping alone. Do whatever you know can rid you of stress. You don’t have to spend a lot of money in order to do something for yourself. Even the smallest thing can make you feel younger in no time.
6. Smile and laugh
Numerous studies show that smiling and laughing are a great and effective cure for many sicknesses. It only takes about seven of the major muscles on your face to give a smile and a lot more to frown. Keeping a smiley face reduces the possibility of you looking older by half. Try to spend much of your day smiling and laughing and you will look and feel much younger every day.
7. Get out of a rut
When you fall into a rut, you can feel like your life is so boring and you don’t have any reason to smile. Get out of a rut, try something absolutely new, and you will feel alive and younger.
