A man and his son were in an car accident. The man died on the way to the hospital, but the boy was rushed into surgery. The surgeon said "I can't operate, that's my son!" How is this possible?

The Federal Government, in consultation with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, has pegged the cutoff marks for 2014 admissions into universities at 180, while polytechnics and colleges of education were put at 150, respectively as stipulated last year. The cutoff points were arrived at on Tuesday (yesterday), after the 5th edition of the Combined Policy meeting on admissions to tertiary institutions, held at the National Universities Commission, FCT. Water is a can't-do-without of life. It makes up about 66% of the human body, water runs through the blood, inhabits the cells, and lurks in the spaces between.
